The style of Yoga I teach is Akhanda Yoga, part of the Hatha school of Yoga, founded by Indian Yoga Master, Yogi Vishvaketu. Akhanda Yoga follows the timeless, tradition of the great Indian Sages in search of the perfect « union » of body, mind and spirit, the true meaning of the word Yoga. A holistic approach is taken to Asana, Pranayama and Meditation by encouraging mindfulness and equanimity throughout the class. We also explore our vital energy by working on our endocrine system, Chakras and Nadis through Kundalini Yoga technics. My goal is to give my students the « tools » they need to face the complex demands of our modern society in complete serenity
